Text-Only Coaching is async, on-demand coaching support via text and email. You text when something comes up - a decision, a block, a moment where you need a push or a read and I respond. No calls. No scheduled sessions. No calendar negotiation.
It's designed for senior leaders and operators who know what they need but don't always have the time or calendar flexibility for traditional coaching. You get access to the coaching without the structure around it.
